The Cichlid Cellar is the oldest continually running African cichlid photo site on the Internet.  This site was first published in April 1995 and dedicated to quality photos of African cichlids to display their beauty and encourage tropical fish hobbyists to keep these beautiful creatures.

This site contains Aftrican cichlid photos that I have taken of the fish that I have kept over the past 30 years.  I do not post photos from other people but occasionally post photos I have taken of other people’s African cichlids.

Since my purpose for this site is to educate hobbyists about African cichlids, I will consider allowing my photos to be used for other educational purposes, but, please get my permission before doing so.
